Busy week of mine
This was a CRAZY week for me. The previous weekend, Friday and Saturday, I had my American Medical Student Association (AMSA) Retreat -to get to know the other committee directors, so I didn't have time to get any homework done. The rest of the night Saturday I went out with Brittany to a bar down town called Lillian's, were we met with some of her friends from Ocala and watched her friend's band preform.
Can you believe it? i actually went out to party!
Of course i didnt wake up until noon the next day, so i still didnt have time to get any homework done before Equal Access Clinic Interviews! 20 of them........it was exhausting.
For the rest of the week, i spent every night writing a different paper, one of them being 7 pages long, and tending to Equal Access Clinic needs (Training, Clinic, Emails, Oh My!)
The point of all this is i had no time for anything but papers and homework so it was wades job to take over the kitchen...oh boy. He actually did VERY WELL! These are picture of him making us tacos. He looks so cute with the towel over his sholder--he's working so hard!

Gram's Stuffed Cabbage
Aye, what an event. This weekend, I called mom and heather about 3 times each just to clarify how to deal with cabbage and flanken. Now they stop answering their phones when i call. LOL
Look how lovely they look so far!
I FOUND IT! I guess this is the heart of the cabbage. I can already hear gram criticizing me. lol
I think this is the biggest mess I've ever made.
Well finally at 8:30pm the stuffed cabbage was ready and delicious--the flanken, tender as EVER! Mom, dad and barbara made me freeze them some. Wade is still out of town so he has yet to try it. I will post a picture of his reaction later. :)
